This past month, criminal attorney Les Robinson co-chaired the Criminal Masters in Advocacy Continuing Legal Education seminar for the North Carolina Advocates for Justice Summer Convention 2026. Trial lawyers from all over the state attended to learn practical and valuable tools to enhance their trial skills in both district and superior court. Specifically, Les taught his innovative CORE 4 DWI defense as well as practical skills and innovative pre-trial motions practice for a winning trial strategy.
The NCAJ administers numerous continuing learning education seminars (CLEs) and meetings each year, many of which Robinson has both attended and taught. With a sincere passion for learning and teaching, Les has given presentations at CLE events for 30 years, sharing his knowledge and winning trial strategies with others. “It is an honor to co-chair and speak at the NCAJ Convention 2026,” said Robinson. “The legal system is constantly evolving, and it is critical to develop and apply innovative strategies and practices in the defense of those charged with crimes. The Criminal Masters in Advocacy program highlights new and improved ways for attorneys to advocate for their clients, improve their defense practice, and utilize innovative strategies.”
